Unforgettable adventures since 1960
Our family has been providing services to the tourism sector since the 1960s. This started with our Patriarch, who was a pioneer in the car rental business on the island. He founded the second car rental company in Grenada in 1955.
As the generations of entrepreneurs are evolving with new visions and greater expectations, so too are the demands of the new wave of tourist to our shores.
Dune Buggy Adventure Tours was conceptualized by a grand-daughter of our Patriarch. During her extensive travels and as a consumer of the varied tourism products and her years of working in the tourism sector, catering to the demands of our guests, she realized that the serious shortage of entertainment for visitors to the island was limiting our ability to attract, and retain, more tourists to our island.
After exploring many possibilities, we decided that dune buggy adventure rides along our scenic coastal and mountain roads, and trails to our historic and natural sites, provided the greatest opportunity for exciting possibilities for our guests at this time.
We now invite you to experience our naturally beautiful island, escorted by our well trained, and certified, Tour Guides along scenic routes, with varied levels of thrill, in the latest model Polaris RZR Utility Recreational Vehicles.
Our Dune Buggies
We're passionate about providing an excellent service while having fun in the sun. Our tours will keep you thrilled as you ride through our scenic trails. All our Dune Buggies are Polaris RZR. They are automatic transmissions with left-hand drive.
Our Jeeps
Get behind the wheel of a capable topless Jeep Wrangler and join a convoy of adventurers for a true Grenadian river lime! Relax, a trained tour guide escorts all our adventure tours. We’ll journey up the meandering roads of the west coast, tucked into the hills just above the Caribbean Sea. See the gently lapping weaves on our white sand beaches and rocky coastline. We traverse many fishing villages before diverting to the interior farming village of Brothers. From there we will ascend the mountainous trails of Mont Cenis.
On the cocoa estate you are free to roam, see the cocoa pods being grown, navigate the ATV trails or just jump into the refreshingly cool and clean water of river pool. Enjoy some local hors d'oeuvres at the foot of the island’s tallest mountain, Mt. St. Catharine. Our convoy will now descend the mountain to the Diamond Chocolate Factory where we’ll see the cocoa beans grown on the estate being processed to chocolate and many by products. Don’t forget your cash because you’ll sure to find something for everyone on your list.
We’ll now cruise down the west coast with the many beautiful vistas of the sea, steep hills and the southeastern end of the island. We stop at Grand Mal Bay so you can capture the beauty.
All our Jeeps are late model Jeep Wranglers 3.6 engines with automatic transmission. They are all left hand drive.
